We give educators the skills, confidence, and mindset to stop fighting with technology and start shaping it to fit their classrooms, their work, their homes, and their ideas.
Our project-based approach is hands-on and rooted in the real-world things teachers already need to do - organizing files, creating professional materials, building something new and so much more. We focus on the tools they already have, with flexible timing so projects can be completed when it works best for them.

We promise progress - real, visible, immediately useful progress. The important thing a teacher needs to bring is the desire to have a better relationship with their technology. That's it. That's the whole prerequisite.
One thing I realized early on in this work is everyone needs help getting over tech hurdles. That's why live Q&A is a non-negotiable part of Freedom to Create. Keeping people moving is one of my greatest strengths, and it's where I do some of my best work.
Each project is supported by videos, walkthroughs, audio, step-by-step guides, and checklists - so teachers can move at their own pace. Weekly live sessions recap the previous week and set up what's coming next, keeping everyone on track and connected.

Our Approach
Teachers don't need more to do. They need what they're already doing to get easier.
This is the foundation of everything we build at Freedom to Create. Every project is rooted in real work teachers already face - organizing lesson materials, creating professional documents, managing communication, building something they've been putting off. The skill is learned by doing the actual thing, which means teachers walk away with both new confidence and completed work that immediately lightens their load.
There's something else that happens inside Freedom to Create that no workshop can replicate. When an entire school moves through the program together, teachers who rarely get to collaborate suddenly have a shared language, shared projects, and a reason to talk to each other. The teacher down the hall who figured out something in Cloud Control becomes a resource. The one who made something beautiful in Finding Your Style inspires someone who thought they couldn't. Teaching teams can divide and conquer. Collaboration that schools struggle to schedule happens naturally, because everyone is working on the same thing at the same time, and the community space gives them somewhere to share it.
There are no overwhelming training days, no generic workshops that fade by Monday. Instead, teachers move through focused monthly projects on their own schedule, with weekly live support and a community of colleagues working right alongside them. Progress is visible. Wins are real. And because everything connects to tools teachers already have, there's nothing new to buy and nothing to figure out alone.
The result is something most PD programs never achieve - teachers who look forward to what's coming next. Not because they have to show up, but because it's working. Confidence builds fast when the results are immediate and the support is genuine.
This is technology learning that feels nothing like technology learning. And that's exactly the point.
